BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Tang is an attorney and has practiced primarily in the areas of international business transactions, such as the formation of joint ventures, partnerships and strategic alliances. He also practices in the areas of franchising, licensing, immigration, private placement, and equity investment. Mr. Tang is a Research Fellow of the Research Center for Economic Law of China University of Political Science and Law. He serves as the Vice-Chairman of the annual "China Economic Forum" of Beijing, China, and the General Counsel of UNIDO-ITPO (China), a specialized organization of United Nations engaged in global investment and technology promotion.

Mr. Tang frequently travels to China, Taiwan and Hong Kong to represent his clients in international business transactions. Further, Mr. Tang has established affiliations with Chinese law firms in order to facilitate the investment, litigation and transactional interests of his clients. Mr. Tang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Member, American Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, Texas Land Title Association, National Association of Credit Management, American Immigration Lawyers Association and American Society of International Law. Admitted to bar, 1994, Texas.
