BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Pence has over 30 years of experience in global trade infrastructure, import/export operations, logistics, transportation, warehousing, packaging, and inventory control. His expertise was gained through his success in establishing seven shipping companies in five countries for all types of products and working various restructuring and optimization projects specific to global trade and logistics. His clients were top Fortune 500 and international pharmaceutical and chemical companies and included mergers, acquisitions and asset sales related to his same areas of expertise. Mr. Pence's skills in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation gained through contract management of his various projects can be advantageous to owners of companies in the mid-market sales range.

Authored a major article in Chemical Engineering, (Deskbook Guide Issue) titled "A Complete Guide to Liquids Handling Transportation", back in the 70's.

As Director of the National American Waterways Operators in the mid-90's, Mr. Pence was quoted in numerous magazines on National Waterways Policies and often had press coverage in foreign journals.
